These terms govern your use of after.click, operated by Digital Tapas Ltd. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

after.click audits the landing pages you submit and generates new page variants. Output is produced by AI from the inputs you provide. It's a strong starting point, and you're responsible for reviewing what you publish.

Your responsibilities

• Only submit URLs and content you have the right to use.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Your content & ownership

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and the pages we generate for you. You grant us the limited permission needed to fetch your URLs and run the service. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.

Plans & billing

Paid plans run on a subscription with included credits. Charges, credits, and any top-ups are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or change features over time.

No conversion guarantee

after.click is a tool, not a promise of results. We don't guarantee any specific conversion rate, ranking, or revenue outcome from pages it produces.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a fresh date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
